Terms of Service

By adding Nugumi (the "bot") to a server or using it, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. You also need to follow Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

Playing fair

• One town per Discord account. Don't use extra accounts to farm or help yourself.
• Don't use bugs, scripts, macros or automation to play. If you find a bug, please report it in the support server.
• Choose town names that are fine for everyone. Server moderators can hide names in their server, and we can reset them everywhere.

We may reset or delete towns, or block accounts from the game, when these rules are broken.

For server admins

• You're responsible for how your moderators use the bot's tools in your server.
• The bot only does what your Discord permissions allow, and it keeps a log of moderation and settings changes (see the Privacy Policy).

Game items

Everything in the game (coins, buildings, specialists, loot boxes, festival items and so on) is just for fun. None of it has real-world value, and none of it can be bought, sold or traded for money.

The bot is provided "as is"

We work to keep the bot running and your town safe, but we can't promise it will always be available, error-free, or that progress can never be lost. Game balance can change at any time. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any loss from using the bot.

Ending things

You can stop using the bot at any time, and delete your data with /deletemydata. We may stop offering the bot, or stop offering it to anyone who breaks these terms.

Changes

If these terms change, we'll update the date at the top. Using the bot after that means you accept the new terms.
